To very loosely quote Shakespeare, “A Rose by any other name would smell as sweet”. Today’s Rose was created by using the Graceful Garden stamp set and the “direct to stamp” technique.
This technique involves using our Stampin’ Write Markers to add colour directly to the stamp and then stamping the image onto your cardstock. In this case I used the colours that Create with Connie and Mary posted on their Facebook page – Berry Burst, Island Indigo and Pear Pizzazz. Then I very carefully cut that beautiful rose out with paper snips and used small pieces of Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop it up onto the card front.
The birthday greeting has a beautiful font and it was cut out using our new Pretty Label Punch.
Here’s the list of products that I used.
