Hi and today’s card “case’s” an idea from the new catalogue that features a “bevy of dinosaurs”!

Is “bevy” the right word?  Not sure but I like it and this card was a hit a card class on Tuesday.  We used most of the new InColors to create it – so much fun!  You can find the idea on page 109, so go ahead and use these ideas to create your own cards.  To change up this one, just use different colours.

Here’s the full list of products that we used.

Have an absolutely wonderful weekend and Happy Stamping!

Hi, today I’m posting one of the birthday cards that we will be making tonight.  There are a lot of birthdays coming up in my family so I really like to have cards ready to send.

The Paper Players posted a great Color Challenge which includes using Daffodil Delight, Pool Party and the new InColor, Lemon Lime Twist.  I really love this new lemon lime so used a piece from the Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper for the pop on the side.

Those pretty yellow flowers are from the stamp set that’s in the Soft Sayings card kit.  Yes, I fussy cut the flowers and tiny leaves with Paper Snips so they could be popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals on the greeting square.  I’m loving the softness of this card and have just the person in mind to send it to.

Here’s the list of products for you.

Happy Stamping!

Good day to you and I’m happy to report that I now have classes scheduled for the months of February and March.

I’m introducing a Technique class for each month and will feature at least one new technique for you to enjoy.  It will be fun and be prepared to get your fingers very inky!

Sale-A-Oration is over at the end of March, so if you want to get in on Free stuff, make sure to book a party or a special class just for you and your friends!

Take care and Happy Stamping to you!

Meanwhile, in the Hen-House!  Lol, I just couldn’t resist playing with this Hey, Chick Sale-A-Bration set.  There’s nothing like some cute hens to put a smile on your face.

I used quite a few thinlits and framelits dies to put this cute card together.  Those tiny flowers were made compliments of the Swirly Scribble thinlits as well as the swirl on the edge of the card.  What do you think of the colour combination?  The Bermuda Bay adds just the right pop of colour don’t you agree?

This set is Free to you with a $60 purchase!  It’s so much fun the create with that I’m sure you would like to add it to your collection.

Here’s the full list of products that I used.  NOTE:  The Watercolour Pencils were so popular that they are on the “non-orderable” list for now and I’ll let you know when they become available to order again.

Happy Stamping!

Love is in the air with another valentine card created with the fun Life Me Up Bundle from the 2017 Occasions Catalogue.

Love in the air - www.cynthiascreativecorner.com

I added a background of dots from the Pop of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper and laid that big red heart on top.  That gave me the perfect background for those hot-air balloons to sail away on.  Check out the clouds, a couple were stamped with Smoky Slate ink and then cut out with the matching Up & Away Thinlits dies.

Don’t forget to check out my Class Calendar and Happy Stamping to you!

Wow did we ever have some snow days over the past weekend!  Especially on World Card Making day so in honour of the weather I made this card.

If you follow me on Facebook, it was posted there on Saturday.

I recently acquired the Letters for You Bundle and had fun with it for this card.  The snowflakes are heat embossed with a combination of White Stampin’ Emboss powder and Silver Stampin’ Emboss Powder to give them that muted look.

TIP:  I used a 1/2 tsp. of the silver and about 1/4 tsp of white to get the finish I was looking for.  You could try it with any colour combination you like.

Have you signed up for my Card Cafe yet?  It’s happening on Saturday, October 15th and you will go home with 10 beautiful Christmas cards.  Visit my Class Calendar to get all the details and sign up.

Here’s the list of products that I used for this snowy card.
