Hi out there and welcome!  Today’s card uses the One For All stamp set to create this bright and cheery thank you card.

I haven’t used our Poppy Parade cardstock very much so The Paper Players Colour Challenge was just what I needed to bring it out!  They asked us to pair it up with So Saffron and Smoky Slate as well and you can see both colours on this card.

The Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle ribbon adds just the right subtle touch.  TIP:  To avoid showing glue on this sheer ribbon, use a Stamping Sponge to add Liquid Multipurpose Glue.  Presto – no glue showing with this easy technique!

Check out the products I used below.  The One For Alll stamp set has some great “all-season” sentiments and I’ll be using it often!

Have a fabulous day and Happy Stamping to you!

It’s always a good time to say thanks and this card fits the bill very nicely!

I used a combination of the Falling for Leaves and Warm Hearted stamp sets for this.  The Warm Hearted set has several different greetings to cover all of the seasons and greetings that you need.

That lovely leaf was stamped first with Crushed Curry and then I used a small piece of our Stamping Sponges to add touches of Garden Green for effect.  The simple “thanks” was stamped over top with Tranquil Tide ink and the whole piece was backed with the very cool Chicken Wire Elements.

I used the layout from CAS(E) this sketch and played along with The Paper Players theme challenge of giving thanks.

Here’s the sketch in case you’d like to give it a try.

In case you were wondering….. here’s the short list of products that I used.

Have a happy, thankful day and Happy Stamping!

When I first saw the Postcard Pals stamp set my thoughts immediately went to how cute would those little pals be sending Christmas wishes!  Well, today the platypus says Merry Christmas!

OMG, he’s just too cute don’t you think?  I took advantage of The Paper Players sketch to show him off along with the lovely Under the Mistletoe designer series paper(146921).  Then I had some fun colouring that cutie with our Stampin’ Blends.

I can hardly wait to send him off to someone special for a cute Christmas greeting!

Here’s the list of goodies that I used.

Happy Stamping!

Do you remember when the Lovely As A Tree stamp set made it’s first appearance in the Stampin’ Up! catalogue?  It’s been years, which just goes to show that this stamp set has “roots” (pun intended).

I decided to give it some love in order to play along with The Paper Players challenge this week.  We’re to use trees and leaves as the focus.

This piece from the Tea Room Specialty Designer Series paper supplied the background and I found that Cajun Craze works fine with the Calypso Coral in the piece.  I fussy-cut those tiny leaves attached to the sentiment strip and used a Mini Glue Dot to attach the tiny bow.

Happy Stamping!

Hello.  With our Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend, I’ve been busy creating placecards for all of us around the table this year.

There’s nothing like a little thankful in your Thanksgiving dinner!

I took on the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge from The Paper Players this week and chose to use leaves, ribbon and die-cuts.

Instead of just one, two stamp sets were used as I had previously stamped and coloured the jug from the Country Home set and decided to use it on these pretty little placecards.  These cards measure 4″ x 5-1/2″ and are scored at 2-3/4″.

Here’s the rather long list of products used.

Thanks for visiting today and Happy Stamping to you!

And the bee says – “enjoy your day”!  What a cute way to send a birthday greeting or even a “just because” greeting!

This background design from the Tea Room Specialty designer series paper package fits perfectly with the Dragonfly Dreams stamp set, so I went with it!

The simple layout comes from the new sketch posted by The Paper Players.

Following the sketch made it easy to add that angled length of the new Braided Linen Trim from the Holiday Catalogue.

Happy Stamping!

A question for you – would you call the colours of the flowers in today’s card fall colours?

I hope so because that was what I was thinking while playing along with The Paper Players Colour Challenge.  Who says that Blackberry Bliss, Mint Macaron, Crumb Cake and my choice, Mango Melody can’t be fall colours!

I used my go-to set, Oh, So Eclectic and matching dies to build that pretty bunch of fall flowers.  Seems that when I want to create flowers, that is the set that calls to me!

While we’re talking The Paper Players,  I was delighted to be chosen as one of the “Cut Above” on last week’s challenge.  These are the cuties that I posted.

Here’s the list of products that I used for today’s card.

I’m excited to show you these cute little love notes today!  They’re the perfect thing to pop into a lunch box!

This whole idea came from The Paper Players challenge this week which is to create lunchbox love notes.  So, the Postcard Pals stamp set became the perfect start with those adorable images and perfect sentiments!

I used a selection of our Stampin’ Write markers to colour each of those adorable little cutes and cut them out with the Layering Squares Framelits dies.  These little love notes measure 3-1/2″ square, the perfect lunchbox size!

Here’s the list of products I used.

Happy Stamping!

Happy day and welcome to the waterfront!  I thought that I’d use the Waterfront photopolymer stamp set since summer is slowly saying goodbye.

This was so easy to do with the inspiration from The Paper Players sketch.

As you can see, this sketch can be interpreted many different ways so I’m going to make another card with this layout.

There’s nothing like simple stamping to get those creative juices flowing!  Here’s the short list of the products that I used.

I hope that you are enjoying the last days of summer and are ready to get some stamping done!

The name says it all for this yummy and cute teddy bear!

I’ve been working on playing along with The Paper Players colour challenge this week – AND – challenge it was!  We are to use So Saffron, Pumpkin Pie and Mango Melody on our project and after trying several different stamp sets, I settled on Baby Bear!  Sometimes it takes a while to actually like the finished project, lol.

His bow tie needed a bit of “sprucing up” so I added a layer of Copper Embossing powder.
