Hi there and welcome.  Do you have those friends that you are willing to take a journey of life with?  I think that the Peaceful Place stamp set is the perfect way to start that journey.

The perfect sentiment came from the new Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and sets off this peaceful picture perfectly.

I stamped the image first in Pear Pizzazz classic ink and then again in Old Olive classic ink.  The Stamparatus makes it really easy to over-stamp and is great for larger stamps!  If you have arthritus in your hands I highly recommend using this great tool!

Have a great day and Happy Stamping!

Good day to you.  The weather has been perfect for planting but today I planted these pretty plants on paper!

The Sitting Here photopolymer stamp set is on the Last Chance list so I decided to use it one last time for The Paper Players Challenge.

I used several of the Stampin’ Write Markers from 4 different Colour families.  Since the challenge is clean and simple, I decided to keep the colours to just Seaside Spray(New 2019-2021 InColor) and Whisper White.

Here’s the list of products for you.

I was delighted to find that I was chosen as one of the winners for last week’s Paper Players challenge with this card.  Thank you!

Have a great day and Happy Stamping!

Here’s another sneak peek of the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set and matching Magnolia Memory Dies for you on this Monday!

This is the largest stamp in this 2-piece set and it is magnificent!  I was a little worried about how to colour it but pulled out the Stampin’ Blends and went for it!  Not sure if magnolias come in yellow but hey, a little imagination doesn’t hurt for this beautiful flower!

The background piece is from the Magnolia Lane Designer Series paper and I matched it to the card base of Mossy Meadow.

There’s a few extra new things on this card so I won’t post the product list for you.

Have you been keeping up with the retiring products?  Some items are flying away so make sure to check them out before you’re disappointed!  Visit my Online Store to shop.

Have a great Monday and Happy Stamping!

Three times hello to you on this lovely Sunday!  The birds have been busy building nests and “talking” these days and that is where the inspiration for this card came from!

The Free As A Bird stamp set and matching Stitched Labels Dies were one of the first items I placed on my Pre-order for the new Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalogue!  I love those little birds sitting in a row.

It was a great way to get some colouring in too and I used a good selection of our Stampin’ Blends.  I stamped the image on a piece of Thick Whisper White cardstock and then “fussy cut” them after colouring.  Those birdcages came from the Bird Ballad Designer Series paper and I thought that they’d make a great background for that trio of birds!

It was easy to follow the layout from Freshly Made Sketches and I used a piece of twine from the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack for the circles on the sketch.

Here’s the list of products used.  NOTE: I can’t show you the new items yet so that’s why they’re not on the list.

Happy Stamping!

Hello to you and today I’m showing off what you can create with the Good Morning Magnolia Cling Bundle.

When you’re looking for inspiration, look no further than the Stampin’ Up! Catalogue.  This is my take on an idea in the new catalogue that uses Stampin’ Blends and the new Stitched Nested Labels Dies as well.  A little vellum adds a great muted accent over the Magnolia Lane designer series paper!

I used the reverse side of the Purple Posy Stitched Linen Ribbon for a little extra accent as well.  I’m loving this stamp set and have a few more ideas in the works!

Here’s a list of basic products that I used.

Take care and Happy Stamping to you!

Wohoo, there’s new stuff in the house and I wasted no time checking it all out!  From the stamp sets to the dies to the paper and ink  I’m excited about it all.

The New 2019-2021 InColors are beautiful in real life and I combined two of them for this simple card.

The card base is the new Pretty Peacock InColor and the ribbon and greeting are Rococoa Rose.  Love them both!

The greeting is from Free As A Bird bundle which includes Stitched Nested Labels Dies.

There’s lots to be happy about in the New 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue and you should be starting to receive yours within the next couple of weeks.

In the meantime – have you satisfied your cravings with Retiring products?  They will be gone soon, so make sure to get your lists filled very soon.  Visit my Online Store to shop.

Have a great day and Happy Stamping!

It’s looking and feeling a lot more like spring here now.  Whew, it was a long winter!  I’ve been thinking of spring flowers so created this card with a lovely and bright spray of happy springtime blooms.

The Colorful Seasons stamp set is the perfect all-season set to use and it lived up to it for this card.  The matching dies really help to pop up those pretty Melon Mambo flowers too!

I followed along with the new Freshly Made Sketches layout which is why I used the Country Floral embossing folder for the background piece.

Here’s the list of products for you.

Enjoy spring and everything it brings and Happy Stamping!

We live outside of town and frequently have visitors – I call them my friendly deer.  They help to trim up my flower beds and just look great wandering around our yard.  Today’s card was inspired by their visits.

I combined the Waterfront photopolymer stamp set and Dashing Deer for this card.  (Yes, can still purchase the Dashing Deer stamp set and matching dies).  The friend theme comes from The Paper Players latest challenge.

Have a great day and Happy Stamping.

On this Friday, just dance!  It’s been one of “those” weeks so I decided to play some music, do a little dancing(by myself, lol) and create a card that shows how I’m feeling!

It took 3 stamp sets to put the idea together and I do like the way it all came together.  The Hardwood and Sheet Music background stamps are retiring so this was a great way to showcase them.  Think, sitting on your porch with some tunes playing that make you want to dance!

I got the idea to combine the two background images from the Splitcoast Stampers website and the layout from Freshly Made Sketches.

The image and greeting are from Beautiful You which, I’m happy to say, is sticking around.

Big Shot

Take care, don’t forget to dance and Happy Stamping!

It’s May 2, 2019 and I am so excited!  Today is the day that all Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators can place their Pre-Orders for products from the New 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue!

This year Stampin’ Up! is introducing an all new InColor collection and here’s sneak peak of the colours for you.

Say Hello to Rococo Rose, Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray and Purple Posy!  They will fit in beautifully with our line-up of colours and will also be wonderful to work with.  Stay tuned for June 1, 2019 so you can access the new catalogue online.  I am also mailing out “hard copies” to my regular clients so watch for your catalogues in the mail close to the end of May!

I must confess, it took a few “do overs” of my shopping list to get it in-line with my budget and now I can hardly wait to receive all of those lovely new products!

Take care and Happy Stamping!
