Have you finished with your Christmas gift shopping yet?  Do you have a good supply of Christmas Gift tags?  Maybe these will give you a little inspiration.

I’m always short on tags so put these together to add to my growing gift tag collection.  The colour scheme comes from The Paper Players challenge to use Real Red, Shaded Spruce and a colour of my choice(Whisper White).

The base for the tags was cut out of Real Red and Shaded Spruce with the Tag Topper Scalloped Punch.  I used the punch again to cut out the matching designer paper and went from there.  I really like the Sincerely Santa stamp set (WM) (CM) for it’s great greetings that are perfect for tags!

Have you checked out the list for the Year-End Closeout going on now?  Some of these items will go very quickly so make sure that you check them out in my Online Store.

It took a few things to create these gift tags – check out this list below.

Have a great day and Happy Stamping!

Have you started your Christmas shopping yet?  I’m a little late this year but have been busy making goodie boxes for small treats!

This one was created using our Lustrous White mini gable boxes but with a different technique.  I used the Sponge Brayer to add colour to the box itself.  This is Cherry Cobbler ink and I choose to leave it a lighter tone so the designer paper would stand out!  Here’s another angle.

TIP:  To keep the colour only on the outside of the box, I slipped a piece of printer paper inside the unopened box before using the brayer to add colour.

Now, i just need to create a few more to hold those special treats!

Here’s the list of products that I used.

Are you going to be stamping and creating this weekend?  If so, then Happy Stamping!

Welcome to Monday and a dashing deer playing games!  I’m calling this pretty box Reindeer games because what’s going into the box is a Christmas surprise!

A while ago, I purchased a package of Stampin’ Up! Lustrous White Mini Gable boxes and decided that it was high time I used them!

I love the way this guy turned out in all of his copper splendour!  Notice the box itself?  I used the beautiful Swirls & Curls Textured Impressions Embossing folder to give it some lustrous depth!  NOTE:  In order to get the deep impression, I used Tab 1 of the Big Shot platform.

Here’s the list of products that I used to create this beautiful box!

Have a ton of fun with this and Happy Stamping!

Hello.  With our Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend, I’ve been busy creating placecards for all of us around the table this year.

There’s nothing like a little thankful in your Thanksgiving dinner!

I took on the Tic-Tac-Toe challenge from The Paper Players this week and chose to use leaves, ribbon and die-cuts.

Instead of just one, two stamp sets were used as I had previously stamped and coloured the jug from the Country Home set and decided to use it on these pretty little placecards.  These cards measure 4″ x 5-1/2″ and are scored at 2-3/4″.

Here’s the rather long list of products used.

Thanks for visiting today and Happy Stamping to you!

Do you have a special calendar that sits on your desk or crafting table?  Do you fill it with great ideas to fill your schedule?

If not, I invite you to create one with me over the next 3 months starting on Tuesday, January 9, 2018.

We will start by creating pages for January, February, March and April and then do the next 4 months in February and finish up in March.

These pages measure 4″ wide by 6″ long so won’t take up too much space.  I’m excited to share this class with you and look forward to using several new stamp sets and accessories to add some extra pop to each page.

See my Class Calendar to Sign up and to also check out the rest of my schedule.

Take care and Happy Stamping!

Last night we put together these really, really pretty ornaments from the Be Merry Kit.

Aren’t they pretty?  One client suggested that you could substitute a photo of a family member to make them even more sweet for the Christmas tree!

The Be Merry Kit(144648) includes all the pieces that you need to put them all together.  All you have to add is a Hot Glue Gun!

This kit is going away on January 2, 2018 so you could order it now and have it ready to use for your Christmas 2018!

Happy Stamping!

Are you rushing to get your Christmas shopping done?  I’m still doing the last-minute thing and needed a holder for a gift card.

The question was, what shape should it be?  I checked out Splitcoast Stampers and found this great tutorial for creating a coffee cup gift card holder.

I didn’t go as far as finishing it to look like a coffee cup because my gift card is from Canadian Tire.  Here’s how it looks open.

The Merry Little Labels stamp set came in very handy for this and, this stamp set is going away soon, so make sure to check out the Year-End Sale so you can add it to your shopping list.  Just a note, instead of fussing with cutting just the right size of designer paper, I simply applied SNAIL Adhesive to the cup shape, attached the paper and then cut along the edges with Paper Snips.  Much easier than fussing with measurements!

Here’s the full list of everything I used.

Have you started creating your gift tags and treat boxes yet?  I’m excited to host a class tonight where we will be creating 10 gift tags with a few tiny gift boxes using the Merry Little Labels stamp set.  Here’s a couple of them.

Aren’t they cute?!  I filled the Clear Tiny Treat box with M & M’s but you could add anything you want.  Creating Gift Tags is a great way to use up all of those scraps of designer paper that you have left.

Here’s the list of products that I used to give you an idea of what you will need to create your own.

Have a great day and Happy Stamping to you!

Good day and I’m sharing the Mini Pizza Box with a bright gift tag for today’s project.

There was a piece of Lemon Lime Twist cardstock on my table to it went into the Big Shot with the Layering Circles dies.  I didn’t stop there though, the Seasonal Layers and Card Front Builder dies were also calling, so we have snowflakes and a tree to add to this tag.

The greeting comes from the Seasonal Bells stamp set and I coloured it direct to stamp with a Real Red and Garden Green marker before it was cut out with Paper Snips.

All of this was put together using our Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  The band for the Mini Pizza Box was cut to 1″ x 10″ and folded around the pizza box.  I attached the ends of the band using a small piece of our Tear & Tape Adhesive.  I plan on putting a gift card inside this box, but you could add some candy as the box is Food Safe!

Here’s the full list of everything that I used.
