There’s no stamping involved in today’s card – just some fun techniques!

I haven’t used the Embossing paste in quite a while and thought that this brick pattern would work perfectly with that bundle of branches.  Adding the ornament from the Detailed Baubles Thinlits dies finished it off nicely.  I also like the muted silver tone of the Galvanized Metallic Paper!

Happy Monday to you!  Today’s post features the happy stag from the Dashing Deer Bundle(yes I know, again) which is another of the cards we will be making in this Tuesday’s card class.

The Under the Mistletoe designer series paper has 2 pages full of deer images so I thought that they’d be a great background for this beautiful stag!  Cutting him out was easy with the matching Detailed Deer Thinlits dies.  You save 10% when you purchase the bundle!

Have a great day and Happy Stamping to you!

Happy Monday and welcome to another Peaceful Poinsettia post!   I love this set and just had a share this card with you today.

There are many different ways to use this set and I paired that poinsettia and leaves with a piece from the Festive Farmhouse designer series paper package.  Cherry Cobbler is a great card base to set off that lovely image, don’t you think?

The Banner Triple Punch was put to good use here and is a great addition to your stamping supplies!

Here’s the list of products that I used.

Dare I say it but Christmas is on it’s beautiful way so make note of the Christmas card class in September.  There’s nothing like getting a head-start on your Christmas crafting!

Today’s card highlights some simple snowflakes made with the Seasonal Layers Thinlits Dies.  Snowflakes you say?  Well, they are coming, it’s just a matter of when.  Up here in northeastern BC we can expect our fall of snowflakes a little earlier than some, sigh!

So that is what prompted me to create this card and, since it’s Tuesday and we’re creating Christmas cards in class tonight, it just seemed right to show off this pretty card.

The Merry Little Labels Bundle makes it easy to create a simple card and adding those pretty silver and glimmery snowflakes topped it off nicely!  I attached them using our Multipurpose Liquid Glue which dries clear and is strong so you don’t have to worry about these little pretties falling off.

Happy Stamping.

Do you like to listen to music when you’re stamping?  I do and, it may sound early, but a little Christmas music while stamping doesn’t hurt either.  That’s what I was doing while creating this card.

I used the Card Front Builder Thinlits Dies to create that lovely frame on the card front and then backed it with a piece of Whisper White cardstock.  The Carols of Christmas stamp set added the happy greeting decorated with those tiny poinsettias.  The musical background piece is from the Merry Music Specialty Designer Series paper and it was cut to fit inside that pretty frame.  This is one of the cards we will be making at next Tuesday’s card class – want to join in?  Just Click on the Sign Up button and I’ll make a space for you.

I have lots of classes scheduled so make sure that you check them all out and let me know that you want to join in on the stamping fun.

Here’s the list of products that I used on today’s card.

It’s never too early to start your Christmas stamping and I hope to see you soon!  Happy Stamping!

To follow up on yesterday’s post that shows a Christmas stamp set , I’m posting this one from a different set called the Carols of Christmas.  It’s not too early to start getting your Christmas greetings ready!

This is just one of the cards we will be creating this month to help you get ready early for the busy Christmas season.

The Carols of Christmas bundle has some really pretty images that you can cut out using the matching Card Front Builder Thinlits and that’s just what I did to create this lovely card.

Here’s the Link to sign up for this class that takes place on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.

I’m excited to welcome you to my stamp room and hope to see you there.  Happy Stamping!

Autumn is on my mind and it’s also a great time to gather together to do some stamping.

This card was created using the new Painted Harvest Bundle and the beautiful matching Painted Autumn designer series paper.  Which is why I decided to let the paper do most of the talking on this card.   The Leaf Punch is part of the bundle and is perfect for adding that touch of autumn leaves!  This card is just one of the 4 we will be creating at the September 5th Class.

It really is time to gather together to do some stamping and I encourage you to sign up for this fun class.  Here’s the link for easy sign up and you may want to check out the other classes I have scheduled as well.

I hope to see you soon in my stamping studio and Happy Stamping to you!

Today I thought that I’d share this combination called Hello Flamingo with you.  It shows how you can use the Color Theory Designer Series paper stack with any stamp set in the 2017-2018 Catalogue.

I attached a 3-3/4″ x 5-1/2″ piece of the designer paper to the front of the card and then added each image to follow along with the CAS(E) this Sketch layout.  Each piece was stamped onto a piece of whisper white cardstock and then cut out with our Paper Snips. The pineapple, from the Pop of Paradise stamp set,  was coloured “direct to stamp” with the Crushed Curry and Garden Green Markers.  Looks nice and summer-y don’t you think?

Here’s a copy of the sketch so you can see the layout.

I’ve posted the Class that I’m offering for the month of June.  Please visit my Class Calendar to check them out and to sign up.

Here’s the full list of products that I used for today’s card.  You might like to give this idea a try.
