Hi and welcome to today’s all geared up post!  My nephew-in-law has a birthday coming up and since he is an avid dirt biker I thought that the Geared Up Garage bundle was perfect for him.

The background paper is from the Classic Garage designer paper stack and is, unfortunately, sold out.  My apologies for that but it did make a great background for those gears.  They were cut out from Sahara Sand cardstock and then I decided to brush them with a little Crumb Cake ink and a stamping sponge.  Gears are usually greasy, right?

TIP:  I used a piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the Burlap Ribbon piece.  Which means that there is no chance of it coming off!

Here’s the list of products used.

As I reminded you yesterday, the Last Chance products are going quickly!  Check them out HERE.

Happy Stamping!

Happy Monday to you and to the start of a great new week!  I was scrolling around on Pinterest the other day and found a way to use our Stampin’ Up! Window Sheets to create this pretty card.

The Tropical Escape Designer Series paper stack is going away so I wanted to use up some scraps for this bright card.  I used my die-cutting machine to cut out the greeting with the Thank you Thinlits die.  It was adhered with Multipurpose Liquid Glue to give it a clean look on the back.

I used our tough and very sticky Tear & Tape Adhesive to apply the Window Sheet.

Here is the list of products used.  NOTE:  I took away the Big Shot die-cutting Machine and Stampin’ Trimmer as they are being retired.  (I still use them though).

Happy Stamping!

On this Friday, just dance!  It’s been one of “those” weeks so I decided to play some music, do a little dancing(by myself, lol) and create a card that shows how I’m feeling!

It took 3 stamp sets to put the idea together and I do like the way it all came together.  The Hardwood and Sheet Music background stamps are retiring so this was a great way to showcase them.  Think, sitting on your porch with some tunes playing that make you want to dance!

I got the idea to combine the two background images from the Splitcoast Stampers website and the layout from Freshly Made Sketches.

The image and greeting are from Beautiful You which, I’m happy to say, is sticking around.

Take care, don’t forget to dance and Happy Stamping!

It’s May 2, 2019 and I am so excited!  Today is the day that all Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators can place their Pre-Orders for products from the New 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue!

This year Stampin’ Up! is introducing an all new InColor collection and here’s sneak peak of the colours for you.

Say Hello to Rococo Rose, Terracotta Tile, Pretty Peacock, Seaside Spray and Purple Posy!  They will fit in beautifully with our line-up of colours and will also be wonderful to work with.  Stay tuned for June 1, 2019 so you can access the new catalogue online.  I am also mailing out “hard copies” to my regular clients so watch for your catalogues in the mail close to the end of May!

I must confess, it took a few “do overs” of my shopping list to get it in-line with my budget and now I can hardly wait to receive all of those lovely new products!

Take care and Happy Stamping!

There’s a new product medley in town and it is, without a doubt, so very pretty!  In this medley you get a fabulous photopolymer stamp set, designer paper, dies, gold foil to amp things up, die-cuts, embellishments, ribbon and rose gold shimmer paint!  What’s not to love.

Check out just two card samples that you can create with this medley.

So, to get crafting with this lovely medley of products go to my Online Store.

Have fun and Happy Stamping.

Hi out there and thank you for visiting today.  I played around with some “no-line colouring” with today’s sepia themed card and used a retiring stamp set called Better With You Clear-mount and Wood-mount.

Love that little bird!  I first stamped it with Soft Suede ink onto Shimmery White cardstock and then, using an Aqua Painter, spread the ink around to give a little more definition.  I also added a little Crumb Cake ink with the Aqua Painter along the wings and head.

Here’s the list of products used for you.

Have you checked out the Last Chance(retiring) products yet?  They are going quickly so don’t miss out on your favourites!  Visit my Online Store to shop!

Happy Stamping!

It’s a great day when infused with so much happy isn’t it?  Today’s card has a big happy in it for the birthday person!

The Lemon Lime Twist cardstock is one of the 2017-2019 InColors that is going away soon, so I wanted to use it for this card.  Of course when a new catalogue comes out the designer paper in the old one goes away too so I used up a scrap piece from the Broadway Bound package for this bright and happy birthday card.

I followed along with the new sketch from CAS(E) this sketch for the layout which was perfect for using the Layering Alphabet Edgelits dies.  TIP:  it’s easy to use them as individual letters when trimmed with Paper Snips.

Here’s the products list for you.

Happy Monday to you and Happy Stamping!

Hi and welcome!  Today’s card features one stamp set that is staying around and another that will be retiring on June 3, 2019!

The Butterfly Gala Cling Bundle is, Yay, sticking around (no pun intended).  So I used it for today’s sweet greeting!

The Brusho®Crystal Colour is also going away (Gasp!) so I made good use of it for the butterflies.  Don’t worry though, Stampin’ Up! is replacing it with some new Pigment Sprinkles.

I followed along with the new sketch from Freshly Made Sketches and kept this card bright and simple.

Glue Dots

Have a great weekend and Happy Stamping to you!

Good day and welcome!  Today’s kindness card features the paper-piecing technique and what better way to show it than with the beautiful hummingbird image from the retiring Humming Along Cling bundle!

The clean and simple look is the theme from The Paper Players this week with the Paper Piecing techingue to make things stand out.

I used a scrap piece from the Tranquil Textures designer paper for the hummingbird.  To make is a little more solid, I also cut out a piece from our Thick Whisper White cardstock and glued them together with the Liquid multipurpose glue.  Then it was just a matter of “borrowing” that kindness greeting from the Waterfront Photopolymer stamp set and adding a Frosted Flower embellishment to finish it all off.

Here’s the list of products for you.
