What better way to end the week than with a moose!  A very merry moose that is!

We’re no strangers to moose up here in northeastern BC and that is why I purchased the Merry Moose Bundle(153015).  I love the images in this set and will have a ton of fun creating with it.

I started off with this great layout from Freshly Made Sketches and went from there.

I played around with those circles for a bit and then and idea hit!  I used a die from the Layering Circles dies and lightly traced it out with a pencil.  Then I grabbed the Basic Black Stampin’ Write Marker and added the dots.  When it was done, a white eraser was used to get rid of the pencil marks.

Here’s the list of products used and make sure to check out the Merry Moose Bundle, it is fun, fun, fun!

Happy April Fool’s Day!  Today’s post is no joke though!  I had fun creating this Garage in a box for card class tomorrow night.

The request was to make cards for kids and since kids like lots of colour and shapes this card should be perfect!

The Geared up Garage Cling bundle and matching Classic Garage Designer Series Paper Stack was lots of fun to play with! The greeting from Postcard Pals matched really well with the garage theme too!  I found the pattern for this on Splitcoast Stampers at this link and adjusted the measurements so it would fit into our Stampin’ Up! medium envelopes(107301).

Here’s the list of products used.

Happy Stamping!

Welcome to my blog and a brand new week.  I thought it a great idea to start off with this Little Teapot adorned with flowers to pass on a little cheer to you!

This was one of the cards that we made in class last week that we tried a new technique on.  The Beautifully Detailed Laser-cut designer series paper is truly beautiful so we used a piece of it to add that texture on the Soft Sea Foam mat behind the teapot.  All it took was a Stampin’ Sponge and Pear Pizzazz ink!  So pretty!

The flowers were stamped onto the teapot image which was cut out with the Tea Time Framelits Dies (page 17 in the Sale-A-Bration catalogue).  Then we used various Stampin’ Blends to colour them.

Due to large demand, the Butterfly Elements and Precious Parcel Kit from the Sale-A-Bration catalogue are SOLD OUT and no longer available.

Take care, have a great day and Happy Stamping!

When I first saw the Geared Up Garage cling bundle I just had to have it.  What better stamp set to create with for the guys in my life!  My husband and eldest grandson both drag race so it was the perfect choice for cards for them!

My grandson’s birthday is next week so guess where this one is going, lol!

The matching Classic Garage 6″ x6″ designer series paper adds just the right touch too!  This bundle and matching accessories will be a focus of an upcoming Card Class, so stay tuned!

In the meantime, here’s the list of products that I used.

Hi and welcome to Cynthia’s Creative Corner!  Today’s card is a study in Monochromatic using the beautiful Highland Heather colour from Stampin’ Up!

Of course, I started with a card base of Highland Heather cardstock! Then I added that beautiful piece of Botanical Butterfly designer paper that is Free(with qualifying purchase) from the Sale-A-Bration catalogue.

The butterflies themselves were stamped onto Shimmery White cardstock with Jet Black Stazon in and then overstamped with Highland Heather ink.  I used an Aqua Painter to lighten the colour on the wings to give it a little contrast.  This is just one of the cards we will be creating in the Butterfly Gala card class on Tuesday, January 15, 2019.  Have you signed up yet?  Visit my Class Calendar to save your seat.

I have Classes scheduled for the month of January and am really exciting to get stamping with you!  Check them out and Sign Up on the Class Schedule page of my website.

I look forward to seeing you this month!

There’s no stamping involved in today’s card – just some fun techniques!

I haven’t used the Embossing paste in quite a while and thought that this brick pattern would work perfectly with that bundle of branches.  Adding the ornament from the Detailed Baubles Thinlits dies finished it off nicely.  I also like the muted silver tone of the Galvanized Metallic Paper!

Happy Monday to you!  Today’s post features the happy stag from the Dashing Deer Bundle(yes I know, again) which is another of the cards we will be making in this Tuesday’s card class.

The Under the Mistletoe designer series paper has 2 pages full of deer images so I thought that they’d be a great background for this beautiful stag!  Cutting him out was easy with the matching Detailed Deer Thinlits dies.  You save 10% when you purchase the bundle!

See the products that I used below.
