It’s almost daffodil season up here in northeastern BC and I can hardly wait to see them poke their pretty heads through the soil!  In the meantime, I made my own bundle of daffodils for a birthday greeting.

The You’re Inspiring stamp setis on the Retiring Last Chance List so I had to get one last card made with it!  It’s available in both clear-mount and wood-mount depending on which you prefer.

The daffodil image is perfect for colouring with our Stampin’ Blends and I added a bit of Pumpkin Pie as a highlight.

Here is the list of products for you.  Remember that all you need to do if you see something you need is click on the picture!

Have a great day and Happy Stamping!

Welcome and I hope that you had a happy Easter weekend.  I did find time to get some stamping done and have this simple birthday  card to share with you.

The Humming Along Bundle is one of the items that will not be returning in the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue so I gave it a little love with that amazing greeting and label.

CAS(E) this sketch posted this simple layout which made my choices easy!

The Floral Romance Specialty Designer series paper is going away to and I couldn’t resist layering two of the designs for the centre strip.

Here’s the list of products used.  Just a “refresh” for you, the Stamping Sponges and Silicone Craft sheet are listed as I used them to apply the Liquid Multipurpose Glue the the sheer top sheet on the centre strip.

Have a fine Easter Monday and Happy Stamping to you!

It’s Good Friday today and the start of a long weekend for some.  I thought that I’d show this simple and bright card that I made to celebrate Mother’s Day.  Yes, it’s early but why not?

I went with Special Celebrations and Itty Bitty Greeting for this to combine two very special sayings for Mom.

The layout from Freshly Made Sketches was perfect for this greeting too!

The Flourish Dies are sticking around and since I haven’t used them a lot lately, I decided that this particular piece would be perfect for this card.  The Big Shot is retiring with the start of the new 2019- 2020 Annual Catalogue and I’m a little bummed by that.  But… Stampin’ Up! will be working directly with a manufacturer and will be adding a replacement machine in the future.

Here’s the list of products and if you haven’t invested in the Big Shot Die-Cutting machine yet, now might be a great time to do that.

Have a great Easter weekend and try to get a little stamping in.  It’s good for the soul!

Well, I was disappointed to see that the Geared Up Garage Bundle is going away soon.  It’s a great set so I made good use of it to create this card for my youngest grandson’s birthday.

He’s turning 5 and is crazy about cars!  And what better way to delight him than with this bright red hot rod!  The greeting comes from the Sunshine Sayings stamp set which is also on the Retirement list.

Here’s a list of products used.

Happy Stamping!

There’s lots happening in the Stampin’ Up! world these days along with the approach of Easter weekend.  So what better way to highlight one aspect of Easter than this cute trio of bunnies.

The package of Gingham Gala Designer paper was sitting on my table, so I used a strip of the Lemon Lime Twist pattern as a background for that trio of bunnies.

Each bunny was stamped with the Jet Black Stazon ink and then the bows around their necks were coloured with our Stampin’ Write Markers.  A few strategically placed Frosted Flower embellishments finished this card off perfectly!  The 2019 Occasions Catalogue is still going strong and that’s where you will find the Gingham Gala paper and those pretty embellishments.

Happy Stamping!

With the new Annual Stampin’ Up! catalogue coming soon, it’s time to retire some products!

The Retirement List goes live today, April 15, 2019 at 1:00PM mountain standard time.  You can access the Retiring lists from these links below.

2019 Occasions Catalogue at This Link.

2018-2019 Annual Catalogue at This Link.

Carryover Stamps:  These stamps will be available in their current Clear-mount and Wood-mount form while supplies last or until the 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue begins.  After that they will be available in Cling only. Access the list HERE.

With these lists come some significant changes!

The Stampin’ Trimmer will be discontinued as of June 3, 2019 including all of it’s accessories so it will not be offered in the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue!  There have been challenges with the supplier and so Stampin’ Up! is taking the opportunity to research and explore a replacement option.  More details will be coming and I will keep you up-to-date as I receive them.

The Big Shot Die-Cutting and Embossing machine is another big product that won’t be offered in the new 2019-2020 Annual Catalogue – sob.  They will be working through an alternative as well as making significant changes to the dies and embossing folders as well.

You can find Questions and Answers on the change to the Dies and Embossing Folders HERE.

With every new change sometimes comes price changes and you can find the list of item that are receiving changes HERE.

I’m excited about these changes and looking forward to seeing the new!

Happy Stamping!

I love my job as a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator and just had to give the Love What You Do photopolymer stamp set some love with this “many thanks” card.

Sometimes simple is better able to get the message across so this simple stem of flowers is perfect!  As I’ve been using our Stampin’ Blends a lot lately, why not this card too?!

The simple layout comes from Freshly Made Sketches.

I used the greeting from Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set to take the place of the small scallop!

Here’s the list of products.

Time is moving on quickly and it’s pretty soon time for the Retiring List to come out.  Mark April 15, 2019 at 1PM (MST) on your calendars!  In the meantime, if there are some favourite colours from the 2017-2019 InColours, make it a priority to get them early. They go away really quickly!

Happy Stamping!

Have you used the Country Livin’ stamp set lately?  I haven’t used it in quite a while so brought it out to create today’s “Best Dad” card.

It’s a little early for Father’s Day but it never hurts to get ready in lots of time.  I’ve really been focussing on improving my colouring skills with the Stampin’ Blends and have extremely happy with the way this image turned out.  The guitar was stamped first and then I masked it with a post-it note, added the boots and started colouring.

The touch of Balmy Blue plaid was added to play along with The Paper Players Theme challenge for this week.  Doesn’t it look great with the various shades of brown?

Happy Stamping to you!

Ha, ha, what a title for today’s post!  I pulled out the Postcard Pals stamp set and picked out the pelican image to play with!  What a cute way to say congratulations on your new baby, especially with that greeting from Fable Friends!

Sooo cute!  I had a ton of fun colouring this busy pelican and it took a good selection of our Stampin’ Blends to get it just right.  The new CAS(E) this sketch layout was the perfect way to highlight this cute pair.

Here’s the list of all products used.
