CELEBRATE WITH BALLOONS

Do you have balloons around when you celebrate special occasions?  I think that they add that little bit of extra to the celebrations so I made this card.

I haven’t used the Celebrate Today stamp set and matching Balloon Framelits for a long time so it was fun to use them again.  The Paper Players posted a great sketch and that was all I needed to get this card underway.
