Hi there. As I was looking through my card stash, I noticed that there weren’t many masculine-themed cards. So I’m adding one for one of my grandsons.
I was happy to see that the Tasteful Touches stamp set and Tasteful Labels dies are sticking around as is the A Grand Kid stamp set. So I went to work with a Misty Moonlight card base accented with a piece of designer paper from the Dandy Garden pack(so to be gone). Then I played around with a new die set called Basic Borders on a piece of Merry Merlot.
The colours used are from The Paper Players colour challenge.
To get the two-tone colours on the feathers, I first stamped it with Crumb Cake ink and then flicked Soft Suede onto the stamp for an extra accent.
Here’s the list of products used. NOTE: If you act quickly you can get Tasteful Touches as a Bundle(154098) and save 10%.

Don’t you LOVE that borders die? I have used it several times already! I love your feathers…they look SO REAL! Great way to use them! Thanks for using my colors this week at the Paper Players!
Yes I do LeAnne. I think I’ll be using it a lot! Thank you.
Our colors are perfect for masculine cards and you used them wonderfully! I love the cool zigzag border across the middle and the two toned feather! I’m sure your grandson will love it! Thanks for sharing at The Paper Players!
They sure are perfect Amanda. Thank you.
