Happy Friday and welcome to Cynthia’s Creative Cuts! Today I am playing along with the Stamp-A-Holic’s card sketch challenge.
Here’s the sketch #170…………
………….We have 15 minutes to create our card using this sketch! I also thought it would be fun to combine it with the Stampin’ Royalty Challenge #72, which is to feature birds.
Here’s what I created. Did I do it in 15 minutes? Sadly, no(18min & 3sec). But I did have fun playing with a new stamp set and the Two-step Bird Punch!
This is a 5-1/4″ square card created using Wild Wasabi, Peach Parfait, Whisper White and Beyond the Garden Designer Series Paper.
All the images were colored using the “direct to stamp” technique using various colors of Stampin’ Write Markers. Can you guess which is the new stamp set? Yes, it’s the Level 1 Hostess Set from the Summer Mini catalogue, page 4, called “Swirls & Curls Verses”.
