Welcome to a brand new week and a brand new birthday card. The Prettiest Birthday bundle(156247) is so pretty and fun to use with it’s pretty images!
I matted this card with a piece from the Playing with Patterns designer paper(152490) to mimic the balloons. I also decided not to colour those balloon so they would stand out with that delicious-looking cake. What flavour do you think it is? I’m thinking chocolate!
This card was inspired by the latest challenge from SUO Challenges to use food or drink as the theme and in my mind, chocolate cake is it’s own food group, lol!

I hope your Monday has chocolate in it and have a fun time stamping.
So fun, Cynthia, and some of my fave DSP from this year – dots make me so happy, and so do balloons! Such fun colors! Thanks so much for playing at SUO!
It is cheerful paper for sure. Thanks Heather.
This cake looks good enough to eat I’m thinking a chocolate cake sound delicious. Loving the paper in the background and leaving the balloons un coloured definitely makes the cake stand out. Thankyou so much for taking part in the SUOchallenge Cynthia hope to see you on the next one x Natalie
Thanks Natalie, it’s nice to meet another chocolate lover!
I love how you combined this stamp set and DSP. Very clever!
Thanks Cindy.
Beautiful card, Cynthia! I like how you used the patterned paper to mimic the balloons. Thanks for playing along with us at SUO Challenges and hope to see you again in our new challenge gallery!
Thanks Christy, I’ll be there.
The use of the Patterned Paper DSP to mimic the balloons and add even more celebration to your card was brilliant. Thanks for playing along with us at SUO Challenges.
Thanks so much Angel.
