BALLOONS FOR A NEW YEAR CELEBRATION

Happy day to you and welcome!  Today’s card was created with a New Year celebration in mind so I brought out the Balloon Celebration stamp set for the occasion.

I paired it up with the Playfull Palette Designer paper to give it a little bit of oomph!  The bundle of balloons was stamped onto Whisper White and then I decided to add an overlay of White Vellum so the greeting would sit nicely over the balloons.

A little sparkle was added with the Fancy Frost Sequins(on the Year-End Closeouts Sale).

TIP:  I used the Fine-Tip Glue Pen to add dots of adhesive.  It’s great because it doesn’t show through the vellum.
