Hello out there and welcome to Friday! I’m excited to show you a card I made using a brand new tool that you will want in your stamping supplies!
I created a new fold on today’s card using the New “Simply Scored Diagonal Plate”!
This is a great tool to add to your Simply Scored Scoring Tool that will give you many options for creating interesting folds on cards, to create envelopes and scoring boxes and baskets. Check it out here on my website!
Here’s the card!
The card base is the bright and cheerful Daffodil Delight with an accent of designer paper from the 2010-2012 In Color patterns pack. I used the Simply Scored Diagonal plate to mark the fold on the bottom corner and then glued a piece of the same designer paper onto the inside of the front fold. (Hope this makes sense)
Have you checked out the “Mixed Bunch” stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalogue? It is so pretty and the ideas for using it are endless. I created the leaves behind the flower by cutting out another flower shape using the Blossom punch. The simple greeting comes from “A Word for You” and was inked up using the Old Olive Stampin’Write Marker.
