I’m ending the week with this colourful geometric birthday card. One more to have on hand for the family birthdays this month.
To get the geometric look, I played around with the Star-Crossed Embossing folder(156567) to get this background and am quite happy with the result. It meant cutting the cardstock to just the right size(4″x5-1/4″) and inserting it into the folder on an angle.
I followed along with this layout from Freshly Made Sketches and put my own touch on this project by using triangles cut with the Stitches Triangles Die(152710).
This card could be labelled as masculine, but I think that anyone who likes a “modern” look would enjoy receiving it!
