Wow, happy Monday to you from very, very cold Fort St. John, BC. Winter has finally visited and from all accounts will be staying a while! OK then, one just deals with it and gets on with the very pleasant job of creating with stamps, paper and ink!
Today’s card was one that we made at club night this month.
I just love the “Everyday Enchantment” designer paper(available to you during Sale-a-bration on Jan. 24th)! This pattern and a card base of Poppy Parade just make this card sing!
Check out the pretty edge created with the new Adorning Accents Edgelits die. I love these tools!
Then, using another idea I found in Cardmaker magazine, I took some retired On Board letters and attached them to the back of the designer paper with dotto. Then, ran the whole thing through the Big Shot and then lightly sanded them before removing the letters. The “You” was stamped with versamark and then heat embossed with white emboss powder.
We all had a great time with this card and found it quite easy to create!
