Good morning and welcome! I spent a lot of time yesterday thinking of my parents – they both served during WW2! I’ll never forget the sacrifice that all of our Veterans made so that we and our children can enjoy the freedoms we have today.
With that in mind, I found myself pulling the World Map background stamp from the shelf and I came up with this greeting card!
I was feeling very philosophical and I really like the way my idea took shape on the card.
RECIPE:
Stamp Sets: World Map(CM 130345), Greetings of the Season(CM 128033)
Card Stock: Smoky Slate, Marina Mist, White Vellum(101856)
Ink: Marina Mist Classic(119668), Basic Gray Classic(109120)
Accessories: Champagne Glimmer Paper(127885), Merry Minis Punch Pack(126882), Big Shot(113439), Circle Collection Framelits(130911), Glue Dots(103683), Snail Adhesive(104332), Stampin’ Trimmer(126889), Simply Scored Scoring Tool(122334), Bone Folder(102300)
On a lighter note, one could stamp the world onto a piece of White Vellum and lay it over top of the Santa image from the Santa’s List stamp that’s in the Holiday Catalogue. I don’t have that stamp, but if you would like to give it a try, I’d love to see it!
I have some available dates to stamp with you and your friends. Contact me and we’ll set up a time. Christmas is coming quickly!
