Do you remember the popular Botanical Blooms stamp set and matching framelits? I used it for today’s card……
With help from the new Marquee Messages for the greeting. I’m also playing along with 2 challenges for this, the Create with Connie and Mary colour challenge and Case this Sketch.
This is a very interesting sketch to play along with and adding the Create colours of Calypso Coral, Pool Party and Smoky Slate was easier than I thought. I had to add the Basic Black card base and, of course, no flower is complete without some leaves in Pear Pizzazz!
Here’s the full list of all the products I used to get this to the finish line.
Have an excellent day and Happy Stamping!
What a great card using the two sketches! I need to pull this set out and play with it too! Thanks for joining us at Create with Connie and Mary this week!
Hi Libby, yes you should it’s a fun set. Thanks so much.
I chuckled at this – how could we forget the most popular thing from early 2016? Yes, it is still a show-stopper, and I love how you have made the flower pop off the light background colors! Thank you for joining us at Create with Connie and Mary!
Me too Chris. Funny how that happens. Thanks for your visit and lovely comment.
Love your bold background on this dear card! Thanks for sharing your creativity with us this week at Create With Connie & Mary!
Thanks so much Jennifer.
The circles are a nice contrast with the flower! So pretty! Thanks for playing along with the color challenge this week on Create with Connie and Mary!
Thanks so much Connie. Loved the colour selection.
Very pretty! Great take on the sketch!
Thanks so much Leigh.
I love the use of the circles on the background paper for your flower…how cool! Isn’t it funny how we use a set so much and then sort of forget about it! It was perfect for the sketch and colors! Thanks for playing along this week in the Create with Connie and Mary Thursday Challenge!
Thanks Mary. I just felt that that set needed to be used again!
I’m a huge fan of Botanical Blossoms! I love how you paired it with the bold circles! Thanks for playing along with us at Create with Connie and Mary!
Thanks Jenny.
