Today is WORD Wednesday and it’s time for a brand new Word for April. I choose the Word “GROW” because I was thinking of “April showers grow May flowers”! At least that is what is supposed to happen when the snow finally disappears!
So, on with the Word “GROW” and the first letter, “G”! Since I only own 2 stamp sets that start with this letter, I chose to use “Glorious & Free” with its Canadian theme. Good choice I think – Canadian Demonstrators are celebrating 10 years with Stampin’ Up! Way To GO!!!!
That patterned paper is from the brand new “Summer Smooches” that is available to you for the entire month of April. It’s bright, cheerful and fun and you can download all the information right here.
OK, on to the card! I used the maple leaf stamp to stamp on the reverse of the “tulip” paper, cut each one out, flipped it and layered them just so. We see a lot of moose up here in northeastern BC(sometimes in our back yards – LOL) so I just had to add him as well.
