TRY THIS TECHNIQUE FOR A BIRTHDAY CARD

Today’s card features a technique that uses the retiring Pigment Sprinkles(149663) for a very cool background!

I used the Daffodil Delight sprinkles and a Stampin’ Spritzer.  All it took was some strategic placing of post-it notes so I could follow along with this CAS(E) this sketch challenge.

I couldn’t leave it plain, so added the bright tulip from the Timeless Tulips Bundle(Hint: it will be staying around) for a little extra pop!
