Hi and welcome! Today’s card is all about the right words layered with some really pretty flowers!
I played around with the 2025-2027 InColor designer series paper(165300) and pulled out these soft stripes for the front of the card. It looked just a little too plain so I tucked it into the Pressed Flowers embossing folder(165614) to give it a bit of texture. Things escalated from there because the Cloud Cover oval shape needed to be embossed too, so it went into the embossing folder as well. TIP: I wanted the design to match for both layers, so I slipped the designer paper layer in and then carefully placed the oval shape over top. Then carefully removed the designer paper and then ran the embossing folder through the machine. There, the pattern layers match!
All of this started with this new challenge from SUO Challenges, a beautiful Inspiration Photo for you to play along.
