A BALLOON FRENZY FOR A BIRTHDAY

There’s nothing like a frenzy of balloons to say Happy Birthday and that’s just what I intended with this card.

The Broadway Bound Specialty designer series paper made it easy to quickly create this great card!  Of course adding the Happy Birthday greeting helps too.  And…..notice those two tiny candles on the “y” of the birthday?  Yup, I cut them out of another piece from the Broadway Bound designer paper.  It just seemed right to add them, lol!
