Hi there and welcome to Tuesday! I have that totally different kind of card to show you that I promised yesterday and since it’s Tuesday, we have Weekly Deals as well.
So, card first….
While surfing around the web, I saw this technique used on another card and just had to try it for myself. I cut 2 pieces of card stock to 1-1/4″ wide by 4″ long and punched the design using the Chevron Border Punch(Occasions Catalogue Page 28). Glue them in opposite directions onto the mat and presto – a really cool design emerges! The rest of the card is pretty straight-forward – keeping it simple in order to highlight that border.
