Good Friday morning to you. Today is the day to play along with the Stamp-A-Holic’s challenge. This is the last challenge that the Design Team will be presenting as we are closing down our challenge blog. It was a difficult decision to make but it had to be done.
So this week we have a 45-minute 3D challenge and I decided to make it a “notepad cover”. I used a 3-3/4″ x 4-3/4″ notepad for this project.
So, let’s get started;
I cut a piece of Island Indigo Card Stock to 3-7/8″ x 10″ and scored it at 4-7/8″ and 5-1/8″ as shown in the picture above.
Apply Sticky Strip to the top and bottom of the back of the notepad and adhere it to the card stock as shown below.
You want to make sure that the top of the pad rests just at the bottom score line.
Cut Whisper White Card Stock to 3-7/8″ x 4-5/8″
Cut Designer Series Paper to 3-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ and mat to the Whisper White panel.
Wrap 7-1/2″ of 3/8″ Whisper White Taffeta ribbon around the center of the matted pieces and adhere the ends on the back of the piece. Create a bow using a 10″ piece of the same ribbon and attach a safety pin from Vintage Trinkets to the bow.
Stamp the greeting onto Whisper White card stock and adhere it to the Island Indigo label cut with the Decorative Label Punch. Adhere this over the strip of ribbon on the front of the pad cover and add the decorated bow with Mini Glue Dots.
There, you’re finished!
