Hello there – the closure I’m talking about here is one I saw that uses the brand new Scallop Tag Topper Punch from Stampin’ Up! It’s pretty and gives a Wow to your greeting card! I had seen a few cards with this closure and went searching for the “how to” and found it in this video from Stampin’ T.
I immediately set to work to create this card using the colour challenge from Pals Paper Arts.
We are to use Blushing Bride, Rose Red and Basic Gray – 3 colours that I have ignored for the past while – it was fun to use them to create those pretty flowers from Petite Petals. A happy greeting from See Ya Later doesn’t hurt either!
I’m thinking this might make a good valentine greeting for my hubby(he doesn’t mind flowers). The Fancy Foil Vellum was easy to attach using glue dots(I placed them behind each tiny heart so they wouldn’t show)
Of course, every pretty card needs a pretty envelope as well. So easy to add a pretty liner with the Envelope Liner Framelits!

Wow, very pretty card….so love those tiny flowers/punch and your color challenge….I tend to forget about using Basic Gray myself and the other colors are more for Spring cards…though have been seeing it quite a bit lately.

Thanks Carol. With all the snow we’ve been having I quite enjoyed working with the pinks!
