Hello and welcome to Thursday. Good grief, where did the week go? Well I spent some time stamping this week so all is well. I’m playing along with the Stampin’ Royalty challenge #24 this week. The challenge is to make a masculine-themed project, so I thought of Father’s Day coming up and made a card for my husband.
This card uses Crumb Cake(previously known as Kraft) and the new Early Espresso cardstock. I added a touch of Real Red and Tempting Turquoise as well. The new Cogs Extra Large Double Punch(available in the Summer Mini Catalogue) added these interesting shapes to the card. It just seemed appropriate to the robot theme.
“Masking” on the stamps gave me just the words and image I was looking for. I’m pretty sure my hubby will think this is a cute Father’s Day wish.
Recipe:
Stamps: Lots of Bots, Things I Love
Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Tempting Turquoise, Real Red, Very Vanilla
Ink: Early Espresso Classic
Accessories: Big Shot, Billboard Die, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Cogs Extra Large Double Punch, Heart to Heart Punch, StampinWrite Markers
Thanks very much for dropping by and have yourselves a wonderful day.
Cheers;
