Hi there and welcome to my blog. I’ve been watercolouring and came up with this lovely card for you.
I used the entire Floral Charm Suite Collection(166141) for this and had fun with the watercolouring! The first step was to die-cut the flower bunch from Basic White. Then I used an aqua painter(not available anymore) but you could use an ordinary paint brush for this.
The Berry Burst and Mossy Meadow ink pads were used to colour the flowers and leaves. I pressed on the closed ink pad to transfer ink to the lid and then added a touch of water so the brush would pick up the colour. When the painting was done, I used the Heat Tool to dry it.
I wanted it to stand out on the card front so die-cut another of the flower bunch in Mossy Meadow cardstock and added a couple of leaf sprays. The shimmer faceted dots added just a small touch of bling and then a bow was added to finish it off. I find that the braided trim is a little too thick, so just pulled it apart to get the one strand for the bow.
Here’s the list of products used.
