Good Morning to you and welcome to Wednesday. Have you ever thought that when the weather improves that the days seem to just fly by? It sure seems that way to me – I’m amazed that it is Wednesday already!
Well, on to the project – Mary Jo from Techno Stamper gave us this sketch for the Monday Lunchtime challenge to work with this week.
I just had to try the sponging technique on Stampin’ Up’s Presto Patterns paper. The flower image was inked up with my Regal Rose StampinWrite Marker and stamped randomly throughout the leaf sprays.
I received my demonstrator Pre-order the other day and used the new 1/8″ grosgrain ribbon as an accent. This colour is called “Early Espresso” and it certainly stands out on the card. Here’s the recipe so you can go ahead a make a card yourself.
RECIPE:
Stamp Set: Watercolor Trio(Summer Mini)
Cardstock: Soft Suede, Regal Rose, Whisper White, Presto Patterns Specialty Designer Series Paper
Ink: Regal Rose Classic, Soft Suede Classic, Old Olive Classic
Accessories: Flower Brads, Scallop Oval Punch, Large Oval Punch, Stampin’ Sponge, 1/8″ Early Espresso Grosgrain Ribbon
Thanks so very much for visiting today and leave a comment and tell me what you think. Take care and we’ll talk again tomorrow.
Cheers;
