Good morning and Wow, it’s Thursday and I’m late. Too late to play with the Stamping 411 sketch, but here it is anyway.
I will be using this layout again – I have an idea for a Christmas card so will be playing with it over the next little while.
The Travel Journal Designer Series paper will be going away soon(it’s in the Summer Mini Catalogue #117156), so I am using up my stash. If you haven’t yet finished stocking up, click here to shop the Summer Mini.
I used the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder(120175) on the Bashful Blue portion to give some background interest. Then, a small portion of the Travel Journal Designer Series paper matted on Crumb Cake. Both pieces were scalloped with the Scallop Edge Border Punch(119882). I had fun with the sentiment from In A Word(120057) by stamping the “our” on Bashful Blue, punching it out with the 3/4″ Circle Punch and then layering it over the label. The Eiffel Tower(Artistic Etchings 120573) was stamped on Crumb Cake with Night of Navy Classic Ink and then cut out to layer at the corner of the sentiment label. A Scallop circle helps to set it all off.
