AVANT GARDEN BIRTHDAY GREETING

Happy day to you and if you have a need for a birthday card, check out this one that uses the Avant Garden stamp set!

I wanted to play along with the Freshly Made Sketches challenge this week and thought that it was the perfect way to show off that lovely flower on a background of the Succulent Garden designer series paper!

Here’s the sketch layout in case you’d like to use it for your own inspiration.

I used the Old Olive Watercolour Pencil for the stem and leaves on the flower and a Blender Pen to add the Sugarplum ink to the blooms.  An aptly significant card since today is the First Day of SPRING!!!
