This new photopolymer stamp set, Banner Blessings is such a lovely addition to the lineup of photopolymer stamps from Stampin’ Up! It has 4 beautiful greetings that will make any card or gift tag shine! I used it on this card…..
This particular greeting works perfectly with the Many Merry Stars stamp set as well as the embossed background courtesy of the Lucky Stars embossing folder. I added Irredescent Ice embossing powder to the stars to give them a little shine.
