CHANGING THINGS UP

Happy Friday and welcome!  Today’s post travels away from Christmas a little bit.  In the hustle and bustle of getting ready for Christmas, one can sometimes forget those all-important birthdays.  I have 2 very important birthday’s coming up in December – my husband and my daughter.  This is an idea I had for my husband’s birthday card using the “new to me” Clockworks stamp set from the Idea Book.

I used two types of embossing, the Argyle Embossing Folder with the Big Shot and some heat embossing with Silver Emboss Powder.  Aren’t the background designs cool, especially done in Bashful Blue and Midnight Muse!  And that wacky greeting comes from a Hostess set, Wacky Wishes, that you will find on page 204 of the Idea Book.
