I turned the layout on it’s side so I could focus on the Bicycle image. This could be called a monochromatic card as I only used 2 colours for it. The Square Lattice Die, found in the Summer Mini Catalogue (page 24) added just the right amount of interest. I sponged Baja Breeze Classic Ink all over each embossed piece as well as the edges of each square.
The bicycle image was stamped with Stazon and then coloured with a blender pen and Baja Breeze, Wild Wasabi and Basic Gray inks. I then stamped the entire panel with Versamark, added Clear Embossing Powder and heat set it. The Label was framed with Silver Hodgepodge Hardware and Whisper White ribbon added the final touch. I’m quite happy with this card and hope that you like it as well. The recipe is below:
Recipe:
Stamps: Pedaling Past, Teeny tiny Wishes
Cardstock: Baja Breeze, Whisper White
Ink: Stazon Black, Versamark, Baja Breeze Classic, Wild Wasabi Classic
Accessories: Whisper White 5/8″ Satin Ribbon, Styled Silver Hodgepodge Hardware, Big Shot, Square Lattice Embossing Folder, Stampin’ Sponge
Thanks very much for visiting and I hope that you find some time to stamp today.
