As we go into a long Easter weekend, I created this simple card to share with you and bring you greetings from our house to yours!
It took two stamp sets, the Honey Bee Bundle(153792) and Fable Friends(148670) for the greeting.
I enjoyed the simplicity of colouring all of those tiny flowers using various colours from our Stampin’ Write Marker collections. Did you know that you can use a darker colour together with a lighter colour to add shading? I tried it with these and like the way it turned out.
In order to play along with the new Freshly Made Sketches layout, I needed a shaped background so pulled out the honeycomb piece that was sitting in my UFP(unfinished projects) envelope! Here’s the sketch I was working with.
