Whew, it’s Friday! This has seemed like a very long week to me – but the weekend awaits! Of course, I’ve been spending time in my stamp room working on the projects for Tuesday’s card class. This little cutie is just one of the 8 cards we will be creating. I still have a few spots available so come on and join us!
I’m using a piece from the Holly Berry Bouquet Designer paper that’s in the Holiday Mini catalogue for this. Yep, there are some patterns in this package that can be used for occasions other than Christmas. Cool heh!
I stamped the image first with Wild Wasabi classic ink and then over-stamped it with Versamark. (The Stamp-a-ma-jig helped for perfect placement.) Then I added Clear Emboss Powder and heat set it. It looked a little too plain, so I played around with a Sponge Dauber and ink to add some extra color. I think it works!
Check out that vanilla ribbon. It’s in the Holiday Mini as well and is the brand new 3/8″ Designer Velvet ribbon – Nice!
