A great big Friday hello to you and welcome. Well, I’ve done a complete season switch and started on Christmas cards! It’s never too early to start, especially if you have a long mailing list!
The “Christmas Lodge” set in the Holiday Mini really appealed to me with its country feel so it was time to start experimenting with it.
This version involves some cutting and some Heat embossing.
There is a new Stampin’ Emboss Powder in the Holiday Mini called “Pewter” and it is so very pretty – I did the lodge and the greeting with it!
Those fir trees were cut out from 1 page of the “Frostwood Lodge” Designer Series paper. I needed them to add a bit more of a Christmas-y feel to this card. There is a large fir tree image in this stamp set and I’ll be experimenting with it for the next card!
