Welcome to Friday – is it just me, or is time speeding by? However, today’s friend card did take a little time to put together.
I tried several different stamp sets but settled on Framed Occasions(158745) for the sentiment and the Blessings of Home Bundle(157939) for the focal image. This pretty little bouquet was done by masking on the smaller flower stamp in the Blessings of Home set so I could get just that tiny bunch.
Then, I used as many of the new 2022-2024 InColors as possible. The Parakeet Party really adds a great splash of colour and the Sweet Sorbet Stampin’ Blends were perfect for those tiny blooms!
To play along with the new Freshly Made Sketches layout, I used a negative die-cut to add the Tahitian Tide coloured design. TIP: save those die-cut negatives as they are great for adding different designs to your project.
I’d also like to thank the design team at Freshly Made Sketches for choosing this card as one of the princesses from last week’s challenge.
