Friday is here and it’s time to play along with the Stamp-a-holics. This week we are challenged with an beautiful Inspirational Photo.
Look at all those lovely blues with a hit of sunshine streaming through those windows. Inspirational is right, thanks so much Carole’Anne for sending us this great picture. And now, to play…….
I chose to focus on the beautiful flower bouquet on the table and, as promised yesterday, used A Slice of Life for this card as well. There’s lots of tans in this sunny room and what paper goes better with that than, Woodland Walk Designer Series!
I started out with a card base of Not Quite Navy and layered it with Bashful Blue. The image was, once again, stamped using Stazon Jet Black and the flower buds were colored with a Bashful Blue Stampin’ Write Marker.
The vase was paper-pieced to match the background. I just stamped the image again on the designer paper, cut it out and adhered it to the main image. It’s easy and adds a nice touch.
How long did this take? Check out Mr. Timer – we cut it close, but still made the 15-minute deadline. I like that!
