FRIENDSHIP AND PEACHES

Hello there and a happy Monday to you. I hope you had a good weekend with lots of time for fun and stamping. I sure did and created a card using the Stamping 411 sketch. It’s always a little easier to come up with a project if you start with a great sketch.

I needed a little help with a color combination to go with Peach Parfait, so called upon the Stampin’ Up Color Coach for help.

I chose the “Creative Combination” which uses Pear Pizzazz and Not Quite Navy. I also threw in a little Whisper White and a piece of striped paper from the Springtime Vintage Designer Paper package. (And just FYI, Not Quite Navy and Pear Pizzazz are 2 of the colors that can be used with this paper)

The stem and flower images are from the stamp set, For Everything. So many possibilities with this set. The stems were first stamped with Pear Pizzazz Classic ink and then I added the flower images in Peach Parfait. So easy to do with the Clear-Mount stamps.

I stamped the large flower images on scrap paper, cut them out with my paper snips and then popped them up on top of the stems with Stampin’ Dimensionals. A piece of 1/2″ Stitched Poly ribbon and a label and I call it done!
