Good Morning to you out there! Today, I am going a little more colorful and using a piece of bright and cheerful dersigner paper from “Beyond the Garden”!
This card starts with a 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ base of Tangerine Tango with a mat of Marina Mist and a layer of pretty flowers over top.
The scalloped piece was cut to 2-1/4″ x 4″ and the edges were punched using the Eyelet Border Punch. I ran this piece through the Big Shot after tucking it inside the Square Lattice Embossing Folder. A length of Whisper White 5/8″ Satin ribbon adorns the center.
How did I get that interesting shape for the greeting, you ask? Well, I traced around the shape of the stamp onto Whisper White card stock, stamped it and then cut it out. Then it was glued to a piece of Marina Mist card stock and carefully cut out to leave a tiny border. The flower comes from “Fabulous Florets” and was cut out and popped up using 2 Stampin’ Dimensionals.
