HAPPY 13TH BIRTHDAY TO YOU

Do you know someone who is turning 13?  This card might just do the trick for them.

I haven’t used Pacific Point card stock in quite a while so it was time!  Especially when Mojo Monday posted this great sketch to play along with.

The Little Numbers Thinlits Dies are on the Retiring list so I had to play with them one last time.  Also, the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits have some great images and that is where those tiny stars came from – so cute!
