Hello and welcome to this perfect day up here in northeastern BC. The sun is shining, the temperature is above zero and the snow is slowly melting. So I’m posting this very sunny card to celebrate a perfect birthday!
Yup, it’s a bright and sunny card that features a background mat from the Expressions in Ink specialty designer paper(155464) as the Blessings of Home Bundle(157939).
The colours, Daffodil Delight, Mango Melody and Pear Pizzazz were applied using a Blender Pen and picking up touches of ink from each pad. Note: Use Shimmery White for this so the paper doesn’t pill.
I’m playing along with The Paper Players Colour Challenge for this week and was delighted that this card was chosen as a winner from last week’s challenge.
Here’s the list of products used, you will note that there is a Blending Brush – it was used on a scrap piece of basic white so I could cut out those sweet tiny blooms.
