Happy Thursday to you and Thank You for stopping by today.
This card is one of the projects we did at my recent new catalogue party! We played with a new stamp set called “My Friend” and the “Pocket Full of Posies Designer Paper”.
We started with a card base of Rich Razzleberry(what can I say, it’s a great color!) and covered the front with the circle of flowers stamp from this set.
Then we got to work with the 5-Petal Flower punch and cut out 3 flower layers(1 of Rich Razzleberry and 2 from the Pocket Full of Posies designer paper), glued them together with a small dot of Snail adhesive and added a brad from the Circle Ice collection. The next step was to create pretty border on the Pretty in Pink piece with the Scallop Trim Border punch. Then we layered a piece from, you guessed it, Pocket Full of Posies! The tails were cut with paper snips. This piece was attached using Snail adhesive and Stampin’ Dimensionals were used to attach the pretty posie.
The greeting was stamped onto Whisper White card stock with Rich Razzleberry classic ink and then carefully cut out before it was layered on the card.
I like it – simple, sincere and pretty!
