Nope, not even close to an April Fool’s joke! It’s the real deal – who doesn’t like the combination of flowers and birds at the beginning of April?!
I made this card because I wanted to play along with The Paper Players Tic-tac-toe Challenge. I went diagonally and chose to use Flowers, Sequins and Dry Embossing. The Wildflower Meadow background stamp coordinates with the matching Wildflower Meadow embossing folder. I added a pop of colour by stamping the bird in Strawberry Slush ink and popping it up with a Stampin’ Dimensional.
GET READY – it’s April and later on this month Stampin’ Up! will be posting the Retirement list. I’m going to give you some early advice – if you haven’t yet purchased all of the 2013-2015 In Colours(Baked Brown Sugar, Pistachio Pudding, Crisp Cantaloupe, Strawberry Slush, Coastal Cabana) – do so now as they will be on the retirement list and will go away very quickly!
