ISLAND VIBES TIMES TWO

Hi, I’m still playing with Sale-A-Bration sets and bring you two cards created with the Island Vibes stamp set.

As a Demonstrator, I receive emails from Stampin’ Up! with some great crafting ideas and these two cards are the result.  Yes, they both use images from the Island Vibes set(158096) and also feature a couple of fun techniques!

The card on the right is sized to 5″x5″ and uses the Marker to Stamp technique to colour the images.  Granny Apply Green was used for the foliage and Burmuda Bay, Real Red, and Daffodil Delight coloured the pots.  Each image was cut with a die from the Scalloped Contours set.

The card in the left is a standard size and, this is really great, the pineapple was coloured with Old Olive and Daffodil Delight Watercolour Pencils(141709) after stamping it using Soft Suede Ink.  No water needed for a great result!
