IT’S A CELEBRATION

Good morning on a frosty Fort St. John day! January is sure coming through with full winter weather!

Today’s card brings a colorful and cheery note for the Create with Connie & Mary challenge!

Here is the sketch I’m working with.

And, here is what I did with it.

The Designer paper pack called Celebrations was calling and I answered!

The card base is Pacific Point with a layer of Bashful Blue and the bright and cheery designer paper is layered over that. The scalloped square was created with the Scallop Edge Punch and some creative measuring.

The Scallop Squares Bigz Die have been carried over from the Holiday Mini catalogue and it is on its way to my home! You can check out the carryover list on the bottom left sidebar of this blog.

I stamped the balloon image from Crazy for Cupcakes on Bashful Blue and then again on small pieces of the Celebrations Designer paper. Each balloon was then cut out and placed in the appropriate spot with a Stampin’ Dimensional. The greeting comes from Birthday Bliss and was cut out and added with Stampin’ Dimensionals as well.
