JUST BELIEVE BIRTHDAY

Good morning and welcome. I’m taking a small break from Christmas cards to build up my birthday card collection. There is snow on the ground up here in northeastern British Columbia so adding a pastel colour seemed like a good idea!

I started with a card base of Always Artichoke and added Bashful Blue and Crumb Cake. The inspiration for this is the “creative combo” from Stampin’ Up’s Color Coach!

The image was stamped on Shimmery White Cardstock with Always Artichoke Classic Ink. It was then stamped with Bashful Blue Classic Ink just off the first stamped image. It gives it a shadowy effect, so, no the picture is not blurry.

I dyed the Whisper White satin ribbon with Always artichoke and then wiped it with a baby wipe to even out the colour. A few pearls add a little bling and it’s good for the Pals Paper Arts “bring on the bling” challenge this week.
