JUST BELIEVE IN BIRTHDAYS

Happy Monday. I hope you all had a great weekend and were able to stay warm and got lots of stamping in.

I played along with last week’s MOJO Monday sketch and pulled the colors from the Stampin’ Royalty Challenge.

Wow, those colors sure were a challenge, this card took a while to put together. However, perseverance paid off and the end result isn’t bad if I do say so myself.

Here is the color combination – Concord Crush Marina Mist and Old Olive.

Here is what I did with it.

I used Very Vanilla to help smooth out the bold colors. Again, the Framed Tulips Embossing folder played a role. The bit of designer paper comes from the Playdate pack, it was the best way I found to incorporate Old Olive.

The stamped image comes from the Just Believe set and was inked with the “direct to stamp” method, using Stampin’Write Markers.
