Good Friday morning and thanks for stopping in! Today the Stampaholic’s have a great color challenge to play along with.
Here are the colors……
………and here is my card.
This is also a timed challenge – we have 15 minutes to create our card and I did this one in 10 min. and 19 sec. I kept things pretty simple in order to show the great images available in this retiring set called, Priceless(115052).
I started with a card base of Sahara Sand and added accents of Marina Mist and Early Espresso. First, I stamped the larger flourish image in Marina Mist on the Marina Mist card stock. Then this panel was slipped into the Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder and run through the Big Shot. You will notice that the design is actually “debossed” – I goofed here but it works.
The heart on the greeting label was stamped first with Marina Mist classic ink and then again with Versamark(It was easy to place it using the Stamp-a-ma-jig). I heat set the Clear Emboss powder and then cut it out and attached it to the label with a Mini Glue Dot.
The ribbon used is 3/8″ Early Espresso Taffeta and it is on the Last Chance Accessories list. Check it out here.
